U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to support cycle counts, replenish stock, and resolve inventory issues in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the High Velocity area, run QAD reports, and maintain accurate item data while ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to safety. Use of RF guns and forklifts is common, with MS Office and QAD experience a plus.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 to 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
  • Clear communication with others and professional conduct required.
  • Strong emphasis on safety and customer service.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English; general computer literacy; QAD and MS Office a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan the annual cycle count program and perform monthly cycle counts.
  • Serve as the go-to person for inventory problem resolution.
  • Manage the High Velocity area, analyze QAD reports and set up items; manage Overstock locations.
  • Oversee replenishment to minimize stock-outs and run sectional replenishment reports.
  • Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, stock pickers) and use RF guns.
  • Provide backup support for Shipping, Receiving, and order picking tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description – other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.

  • Plans the annual cycle count program to ensure all items are counted according to the latest revision of the cycle count procedure.
  • Performs monthly portions of cycle counts in accordance with the cycle count plan.
  • Serves as the go-to person for inventory problem resolution.
  • Manages the High Velocity area of the warehouse, including: running and analyzing QAD reports to determine entry and exit lists for the High Velocity area; using QAD to set up new High Velocity items and remove obsolete ones; and managing High Velocity Overstock locations.
  • Manages the Replenishment of the High Velocity area. Runs sectional replenishment reports in QAD and replenishes the relevant locations to minimize stock-outs.
  • Uses QAD and RF guns.
  • Operates material handling equipment, including forklifts, stock pickers, and other types of equipment as required.
  • Serves as a backup for other areas of the warehouse operations: Shipping, Receiving, Pick SO, Pick FAS.
  • Other tasks/functions as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 to 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
