Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Automotive is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Sandusky, OH to support shipping and receiving activities. You will interface with enterprise and shipping software, assemble parts, and ensure accurate records and documentation.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficiency, with a 4-day, 10-hour shift pattern, potential overtime, and opportunities for training and advancement within a major manufacturing network.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
  • Proven computer and software aptitude.
  • 1–3 years of shipping and receiving experience.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with enterprise and shipping software for recording and distribution of materials.
  • Assembles loose pitches, connectors, etc., to complete orders.
  • Receives, inputs, stores, and distributes raw materials.
  • Proficient with rigging and lifting of raw materials safely.
  • Follows Safety, Health and Environmental rules and guidelines.
  • Maintains departmental housekeeping.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • Must be able to interface proficiently with enterprise and shipping software for recording and distribution of materials
  • Detail oriented requiring attention to quality specifications, inventory counts, invoices and other documentation while keeping accurate records
  • Initiates warehouse activities with thorough knowledge of chain in relation to assembly procedures, description and special customer requirements
  • Assembles loose pitches, connectors, etc., as needed to complete orders
  • Receives, inputs, stores, and distributes raw materials with thorough knowledge of procedures, descriptions, and specific requirements for production processes and prepares product for shipment
  • Proficient with the rigging and lifting of raw materials in a safe manner
  • Follows applicable Safety, Health and Environmental rules and guidelines while performing job duties
  • Maintains departmental housekeeping
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
  • Proven computer and software aptitude
  • 1-3 years’ shipping and receiving experience.
