LightFire Group in Tamarac, FL is seeking an Entry Level Inventory Specialist to join our warehouse team. This role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain inventory, perform audits, and operate cherry pickers, with attention to safety and teamwork. The position offers structured shifts and opportunities to grow within our operations.

Qualifications

• Experience operating cherry pickers or similar order-picking equipment.
• 1-2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets/Docs).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• English proficiency required to ensure safety, accuracy, and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized and accurate inventory within the warehouse.
• Count, track, and replenish stock following established procedures.
• Properly label and store products to ensure accurate inventory control.
• Assist with routine inventory audits.
• Identify and report discrepancies, following internal processes to resolve them.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory workflows.
• Safely operate order-picking equipment, including cherry pickers.
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures at all times.

About the Job:

Entry Level Warehouse Associate – InventoryFull Time.

• Tamarac, Florida (Warehouse).

Schedule:

• 1st shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30 PM.
• 2nd shift: Monday- Friday, 3:00pm-11:30 PM.
