Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track inventory movement using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and manual processes as required.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and complete inventory audits across both SC and LU facilities.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal warehouse and logistics teams, as well as external vendors and customers.
  • Assist with receiving, labeling, storing, and distributing inventory items.
  • Maintain a clean, organized stock area with proper labeling and storage of products.
  • Generate inventory reports and provide recommendations to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety standards and compliance procedures in handling inventory.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Analyst and other team members to support ongoing inventory operations.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory control within a warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory audit procedures and shipping/receiving processes preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Must be dependable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
