• Provide excellent internal and external guest service aligned with our ACES standards.
• Oversee daily wardrobe operations to ensure productivity and quality.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of wardrobe policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, track uniforms, and provide requisition information based on departmental needs.
• Organize all uniform orders and assist in verifying accuracy with the receiving department.
• Identify and report inventory shortages or quality issues to the Manager.
• Submit purchase requisitions for uniforms and supplies for approval.
• Conduct fabric tests to assess quality and durability; report findings to management.
• Collaborate to update or replace outdated uniform styles.
• Report safety hazards or concerns to supervisors.
