Inventory Specialist Job Description

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a large-scale logistics repair and communication company with a worksite/warehouse located in Valley Park, MO, training in Pevely, MO, seeking an Experienced Inventory Specialist.

We are hiring an experienced INVENTORY SPECIALIST who is a team player and dependable. The Inventory Specialist will oversee processes and procedures and is vital to the inventory program.

Pay rate is $17.56 per hour.

Inventory Specialist Job Summary

• 1st shift 7am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday
• Maintain accurate physical inventory and perform daily cycle counts
• Receive and unload units using RF scanner, ensuring proper stock rotation
• Verify stock information and unit ID numbers
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in quantity and type
• Adhere to safety standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse/inventory experience required
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work inside and outside as needed, even in inclement weather
• Ability to maintain excellent attendance
• Experience with computers, RF scanners, Outlook, Excel, and WMS
