Job Title: Inventory Specialist

Location: 2738 E Kearney St. Location

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Reports To: [Madison Loveall]

Position Summary:
The Inventory Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and optimizing material management within our ERP system (Masterplan). This role requires a detail-oriented, computer-savvy individual who is a self-starter and can work independently while supporting the broader team. Occasional forklift operation may be needed, prior experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Become a subject matter expert in the Masterplan ERP system for inventory tracking and management.
2. Ensure accurate data entry and inventory adjustments within the system.
3. Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
4. Assist in optimizing inventory processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure material availability for production.
6. Support warehouse operations by assisting with organization and stock placement.
7. Provide forklift support as needed (training available if necessary).
8. Uphold CMC’s core values in all interactions and responsibilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate ERP systems (Masterplan experience is a plus).
2. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
4. Previous inventory management or warehouse experience is a plus.
5. Forklift experience preferred but not required.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
