Job summary

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 24 months experience in inventory control and/or material management, procurement or closely related experience.
  • Experience with inventory control systems.
  • Ability to prepare reports in a timely manner.
  • Ability to monitor and track shipment of equipment and supplies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish as needed.
  • Receive, verify, and shelve inventory accurately.
  • Prepare daily, monthly or annual inventory reports.
  • Conduct cyclical audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process warranty claims and returns.
  • Provide administrative support and vendor coordination.
  • May deliver equipment to departments.
  • Maintain neat stockroom and rotate stock.
  • Support procurement and order tracking.
