WIS International is seeking a Retail Associate - Inventory to start at a wage of $17.00–$19.00 per hour. The role rewards productivity with wage increases and includes opportunities for paid travel and overtime when available.

You will count inventory, follow a strict workflow, and stay active on shifts while delivering accurate results. This position offers part-time hours with growth opportunities and benefits through WIS.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service or related roles.
• Able to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Count and record inventory with accuracy.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow and playbook for success.
• Move between inventory locations and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals with productivity-based wage increases.
