Job summary

Advanced Blending Solutions LLC in Wallace, MI is seeking a full-time Inventory Assistant to join our production team. You will unload materials, control inventory flow, and issue supplies for projects and customer orders.

You will operate a forklift, perform counts, and maintain accurate records in Excel and our system, while collaborating with a fast-paced team to support production success.

Qualifications

• Forklift and aerial lift experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mathematical ability.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming materials and ensure accurate control and physical flow of materials.
• Pick and issue supplies from inventory for internal projects and external orders.
• Operate forklift to move equipment and materials; use vertical lifts as needed.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
• Maintain and update inventory records using Excel and the company system.
