Advanced Blending Solutions LLC in Wallace, MI is hiring a full-time Inventory Assistant to join our production team.

You will unload materials, manage inventory flow, and operate a forklift, with an emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The 1st shift runs Monday–Thursday, 5:00 am–2:30 pm and Friday 5:00 am–9:00 am; weekends are free. Pay starts at $20.25/hr with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 9 paid holidays, PTO, and a 401(k) with 50% match.

Formación

• Forklift and aerial lift certification required within 30 days.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mathematical ability.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Inventory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Unload incoming materials and ensure accurate control of materials in production.
• Pick and issue supplies from inventory for internal projects and orders.
• Operate forklift and access multi-level racking; drive equipment as needed.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile with the computer system.
• Use Microsoft Excel to track issued/returned items and maintain records.
