Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a PT Inventory Specialist to support store operations by receiving, ticketing and preparing inventory, and assisting with markdowns, transfers and returns.

The role requires collaboration, attention to detail and the ability to work independently; there is weekly replenishment, POS workflow, and a chance to contribute to a well-organized backroom.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving to overcome challenges.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently in stores and self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Must be able to climb a ladder.
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory tasks weekly, supporting store operations.
• Review new shipments for defects before floor placement.
• Maintain PO records in the POS system and manage tickets.
• Coordinate product placement with store leaders and merchandisers.
• Handle daily replenishment and fulfill web orders.
• Perform weekly transfers and markdowns to keep stock organized.
