Job summary

EVEREVE in Houston is seeking a part-time Inventory Specialist to keep stores running smoothly. You will receive, ticket, and prepare inventory, assist with markdowns, transfers and return authorizations, and support weekly replenishment.

You will work a minimum of 8 hours per week, partner with store leaders, maintain POS records, and help ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized. This role embraces HEART values and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in stores and self-motivated
• Strong organization and computer skills
• Must be able to climb a ladder as needed
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity)
• Work a minimum of 8 hours per week executing inventory management tasks for the store team
• Process new shipment deliveries and ensure product quality before floor placement
• Maintain purchase order records in the POS system and manage invoices and price tickets
• Collaborate with store leaders on product placement on the styling floor
• Manage daily replenishment and pulls for web orders and other stores
• Conduct weekly checks for items returned to vendors and transfers
• Transfer product to other stores or the company warehouse as directed
• Execute weekly markdowns and keep sale sections organized
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness per company directives
• Order store supplies weekly for operation
