God's Love We Deliver is seeking an Inventory Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on accurate inventory record-keeping, moving stock between storage areas, and organizing freezers to optimize space in preparation for shipments.

Ideal candidates will have strong math skills, fast data entry, and a proactive approach to resolving stock discrepancies. Experience with inventory management systems and teamwork is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong basic math skills to calculate values, quantities, and shrinkage.
• Fast, error-free data entry.
• Proactive mindset to research, identify root causes, and resolve stock errors.
• Keep accurate notes related to job scope.
• Comfort with inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Record keeping of inventory (morning production and night production).
• Move inventory from kitchen freezer to designated areas.
• Organize freezers to maximize space when refilling them.
• Build inventory to be shipped to our other warehouse.
• Consolidate extra empty pallets to keep loading bay area clean.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure records match system.
• Facilitate MIA Reconciliation shift (Mon-Thu 3-5pm) allocating returned inventory.
