Job summary

Socket.dev in New Jersey is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage stock, lab supplies, and partner inventory. You will assemble daily pallets, create picklists, and coordinate with lab, production, shipping, and drivers.

The role requires adherence to Curexa procedures, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and obtaining state registration and pharmacy certification. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, with benefits including Vision, Dental, Medical, Supplemental, 401K, PTO.

Responsibilities

• Order and replenish stock across storage areas and partner inventory.
• Assemble daily pallets for lab compounds and telemedicine orders.
• Create daily picklists for each lab location and storage area.
• Update the Receiving log for lab requests, transfers, and deliveries.
• Prepare transfer documents with accurate product descriptions and signatures.
• Maintain compliant, clean, and sanitary work environment per Curexa procedures.
• Communicate with lab, production, shipping, and delivery teams.
• Weigh and scale partner inventory for counts.
• Transport all lab prep needs and ensure weatherproof storage.
• Attend daily lab duties with supervisor guidance.

Daily Responsibilities and Expectations

• Ordering and replenishing stock levels in storage areas including partner inventory, lab supplies, shipping materials, etc
• Daily pallet assembly for lab compounds, telemedicine orders, and supply overstock
• Creating a daily supply/material picklist for each lab location and storage area (sheds)
• Updating the I&P Receiving log for daily lab requests, transfers, and delivery confirmations
• Preparing all necessary transfer documents for the delivery drivers (accurate product descriptions, pharmacist signature, driver initials, etc)
• Adhering and carrying out all compliance regulation procedures, shall maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary working environment by complying with Curexa procedures
• Knowledge of all partner lines/inventory, lab chemicals, PPE equipment, product locations, and storage areas
• Strong communication with lab and production, shipping/receiving, delivery chats, Microsoft teams, and manager/supervisor
• Scaling and weighing out partner inventory for counts (boxes, bags, and jars)
• Transporting all lab prep needs, debris disposal, Medflex procedures, servicing shipping and receiving areas
• Checking with lab supervisor for daily lab duties and partner production needs
• Keeping outside transportation and storage supplies weatherproof (tarping, container bins, transport carts, mail pallets, etc)
• Close attention to detail on inventory recordings and spreadsheets
• Time management and ability to prioritize daily functions/duties
• Arriving on time from start of shift to end of shift (no exceptions)
• Mandatory requirement to attain registration from state and pharmacy certification through Curexa or national
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs (totes, clamshells, mailbags, etc)
• Reports to Egg Harbor Township Inventory Supervisor

Requirements

Schedule- Monday-Friday 8a-4pm

Rate of Pay: $19 - $20 based on experience & registration/ certification
