Job summary

Rexel USA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure accurate order fulfillment, perform cycle counts, and manage stock across the distribution center.

You will use RF devices and the Warehouse Management System to track inventory, resolve discrepancies, process shipments, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations.

This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in inventory control or high-volume warehouse/distribution is preferred.
• Certification to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship material per SOPs.
• Maintain safe, secure, and productive warehouse environment.
• Use RF devices and WMS to track and manage inventory.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams on inventory issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned in the branch.
