About the role

The Inventory Specialist will research distribution errors reported by the Client Services team, provide and track credit return numbers, assist with inventory adjustments and warehouse data maintenance, conduct daily cycle counts, and resolve variances. All teammates will follow company policies and are accountable for meeting or exceeding individual and departmental metrics.

Responsibilities

• Count product daily according to a schedule
• Analyze counts for variances and perform bin movements
• Research variances for errors in shipping, receiving, locating, etc.
• Block missing product and adjust counts to ensure smooth flow
• Research shipping or production order issues
• Perform bin checks to minimize no-location orders
• Handle count requests from various departments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong research, problem-solving, and math skills
• Good typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with a WMS system is required
• SAP experience is a plus
