Hours: 3 am - 11:30 am; rate includes a 15% differential

About the role

As an Inventory Specialist, you will:

• Research distribution errors reported by the Client Services team
• Provide and track credit return numbers to the client services team when warranted
• Assist with inventory adjustments and warehouse master data maintenance
• Conduct daily cycle counts of products
• Compare physical counts to system counts and resolve variances
• Research variances related to shipping, receiving, or locating errors
• Block missing products and adjust counts to ensure smooth product flow
• Research shipping or production order issues where parts cannot be found

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong researching, problem-solving skills, and a solid math background
• Good typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel (preferred)
• Experience with a WMS system is required
• SAP experience is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Previous inventory experience is a plus
