Job summary

Pat Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electric in Topeka, Kansas seeks an Inventory Specialist to manage inventory, parts, equipment, and materials across Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical departments. You will ensure technicians have supplies to serve customers efficiently and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, organizing deliveries, conducting audits, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely parts delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role in Topeka.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software.
• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction industries is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move inventory items as required.

• Work closely with technicians, dispatch, and management to ensure inventory availability.
• Help control inventory costs and reduce waste.
• Ensure company vehicles and warehouse stock are properly replenished.

Pat Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electric is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our team in Topeka, Kansas. In this role, you will manage inventory, parts, equipment, and materials for our Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical departments, ensuring our technicians have the supplies they need to serve customers efficiently.
