As an Inventory Coordinator, you will work closely with the General Manager to maintain accurate inventory by managing the order process, running weekly reports, coding invoices, entering purchases into spreadsheets, and collaborating on special projects with our production and operations teams. What we do

The Inventory Specialist is part of the Customer Operations team, responsible for managing the daily operations of Symbotic’s robotic material handling system. This team drives operational excellence by partnering with onsite customers to ensure quality, safety, and system performance.

What you’ll do
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and adjustments, including parts and location adjustments.
  • Ensure bins and parts are labeled correctly.
  • Update pricing and obsolete part numbers per vendor.
  • Set and maintain minimum and maximum parts levels.
  • Organize parts in their correct locations from daily shipments.
  • Manage orders from request to receipt, including tracking and follow-up on urgent or repair orders.
  • Maintain corrections to work orders.
  • Update daily and weekly reports.
  • Assist with special projects such as Cintas, UPS/FedEx shipments, and maintenance distribution.
  • Collaborate with finance and purchasing teams to meet common goals.
What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective team and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and problem-solver.
  • Commitment to safety; ability to work in environmental conditions including heights, high temperatures, and weather exposure.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and move items up to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours, including climbing and balancing at heights up to 45 feet.

Note: PPE is required on construction sites, and safety protocols must be followed.
