Job Title: Inventory Specialist at Copart

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing all vehicle inventory at the facility within company timelines. This includes documenting vehicle conditions with complete inventories and photographs, directing traffic flow in the receiving area to ensure timely processing, and offering solutions to meet customer needs in accordance with Copart policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and organize the receiving area.
• Operate cameras and handheld inventory devices to process incoming vehicles.
• Perform vehicle inspections and inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of all materials used.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
• General automotive knowledge or mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic computer skills, with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
