Job summary

Moore Norman Technology Center at the Franklin Road Campus is seeking an Inventory Specialist. You will manage district fixed asset inventory processes, conduct audits, tracking, tagging, and reporting to ensure asset accountability, and coordinate surplus asset disposition via the online auction platform.

You will support warehouse operations, receiving, and inventory handling according to district procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license with acceptable driving record is required.
• Ability to achieve forklift certification within three months of employment.
• Three (3) years' experience in warehouse or inventory operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for district fixed asset inventory processes including auditing, tracking, verification, tagging, database maintenance, reporting and inventory record updates.
• Coordinate disposition of surplus district assets through the district's online auction platform.
• Assist with inventory handling, warehouse operations and receiving as needed.

Hourly:$20.61

Annual: $42,861

WORK PERIOD: Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Job Objective:Responsible for district fixed asset inventory processes, including auditing, tracking, verification, tagging, database maintenance, reporting, and inventory record updates to ensure accurate asset accountability. Coordinates the disposition of surplus district assets through the district's online auction platform. Assists with a variety of operational functions, including inventory handling, warehouse operations, and receiving as needed. Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while exercising sound judgment in interpreting and applying guidelines as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Credentials: Valid Oklahoma driver's license and acceptable driving record

Ability to achieve forklift certification within three months of employment

Experience: Three (3) years' experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
