Each team member plays a vital role in our success. We are expanding rapidly and seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our family.

Hourly Rate: $16.50

Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of automotive parts for both domestic and European vehicles.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining accurate inventory records using management software.
  2. Monitoring stock levels and placing orders to replenish inventory.
  3. Coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery.
  4. Performing regular inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  5. Working with the purchasing team to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonality.
  6. Collaborating with the warehouse team to optimize storage and organization.
  7. Generating reports on inventory levels and movements.
  8. Identifying opportunities to improve inventory management processes and implementing solutions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and team collaboration.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
  • Knowledge of domestic and European automotive parts is a plus.
