Greenworks is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain inventory control across our North America warehouses and related systems. You will monitor accuracy in the WMS/ERP, resolve discrepancies, and support process improvements with the Inventory Control Manager.
This role requires cross-functional collaboration with warehouse operations, supply chain planning, and finance. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in inventory control and strong Excel/Access skills, plus familiarity with SAP B1 or WMS

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining inventory control within the warehouse and in the WMS & ERP systems. This role is responsible for problem solving inventory issues within the warehouse and ensuring that inventory levels remain accurate to support operations. They are responsible for identifying inventory control process issues and coordinating with the Inventory Control Manager to make process improvements to ensure the accuracy of inventory within all systems. This individual will be the main point of contact for warehouse operations when inventory problems arise.
This role requires cross-functional teamwork with the warehouse operations team, supply chain planning, and finance business areas to ensure overall inventory integrity.
