Job description

(CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. The Inventory Specialist plays a key role in managing and optimizing inventory levels to meet operational needs. This includes monitoring stock movements, conducting regular audits, and implementing efficient inventory control procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  1. Monitor and maintain vault inventory, ensuring data is entered and accurate.
  2. Coordinate and record test sample creation and delivery to appropriate testing labs.
  3. Maintain and record all cannabis inventory transfers, both physically and via tracking software, including all inter-departmental transfers of WIP or finished goods.
  4. Create, communicate, and manage transportation manifests via Metrc to delivery locations. Ensure manifest notifications are delivered to dispensaries 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery time.
  5. Assist with pulling together wholesale deliveries, manifests, and receipt of payment.
  6. Investigate and resolve discrepancies and notify the appropriate parties.
  7. Assist with detailed inventory audits.
  8. Adhere to policies to ensure organization, sanitation, and compliance is met in all storage locations.
  9. Perform clerical duties, including data entry and generating procedures.
  10. Receive, unpack, and inventory consumable goods.
  11. Complete miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  1. Qualified to work in the Massachusetts Cannabis Industry.
  2. 21 years of age or older.
  3. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, including iCORI and Social Media checks.
  4. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening (a positive test for cannabis will not exclude any candidate).
  5. Previous inventory management experience and the ability to learn new inventory systems (METRC / Leaf Logix).
  6. Ability to learn new technologies.
  7. Ability to learn quickly.
  8. Strong attention to detail.
