Job Description

Primo Brands has an opportunity for an Inventory Specialist. This position includes administrative duties and requires operating a forklift for unloading and loading trucks. The IS must also have the ability to manually handle products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Norton, MA

Pay:

$23.65 / hour

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Load / Unload Vbed trailers (as required)
  2. Ship / Receive / Validate all product deliveries and returns
  3. Restock products as required / FIFO; Organize / stage product to support daily warehouse operations
  4. Execute daily inventory process: Demand count / RMS entry for 3G and 5G and coolers
  5. AM checkout process including random audits
  6. Ensure Proper Handling / Accounting for Product Damaged as well as In House Usage
  7. Weekly ordering of product / supplies
  8. EOM Inventory Process; Document QC Bottles for Return Inventory / Restock / Maintain Warehouse
  9. Count FG for factory / EOM counter / random audit
  10. Verify AM changes
  11. Supervised general housekeeping of warehouse including consolidation of product, sweeping, organizing, etc.
  12. Light facility maintenance
  13. Parking lot clean up
  14. Complete facility security / safety inspections
Qualifications
Key Qualifications Include:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to handle physical requirements, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting up to 60-80 pounds
  • Able to conduct regular inventory counts and audits
  • Able to safely use various warehouse equipment, including a forklift
  • Valid driver's license
  • PC Experience Preferred (Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
