About The Role

This position serves as on-site labor in the logistics area of the storeroom, including receiving, stocking, issuing, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, client interface, customer service, and computer transaction entry. The focus is to service the client with parts and inventory needs, such as locating stock, delivering stock outside the storeroom upon request or per Kanban, receiving stock, issuing materials, and using systems to track and verify inventory. It involves regular contact with clients and requires strong customer service skills.

Compensation: $18-21 per hour

Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7 am - 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety and security procedures; report unsafe conditions.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and SOPs.
• Unpack, verify, and enter received materials into the system, including creating new parts as needed.
• Issue materials to clients, stage and kit materials as required.
• Properly store received materials, perform tagging, repacking, and handle special cases.
• Manage returns and prepare parts for vendor return or repair shipments.
• Perform cycle counts, report discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Organize and clean the storeroom regularly.
• Support corporate initiatives and special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Basic computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Office, Inventory Systems.
