What You Will Do

The Inventory specialist will work under limited supervision, and is responsible for tracking all inventory, quality control of inbound material(s), monitoring climate of storage areas, and many other tasks required to ensure our product is received and stored to company standards. This position requires a passion for quality control, excellent time‑management skills, and ERP systems experience. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, able to keep excellent records, and has exceptional communication skills.

Duties and Requirements
  • Monitoring inventory physical location as well as location in inventory control systems
  • Build strong relationships throughout the site, including other departments and employees
  • Adhere to all state‑issued compliance regulations
  • Ensure inbound product receipt meets company quality standards
  • Completes daily cleaning duties and maintains logs
  • Records and monitors batch & tracking information across multiple systems
  • Assist with product inventory
  • Other duties as assigned – assist in trim or pack if inventory duties are completed for the time being
What We Are Looking For
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Minimum of 1 year cannabis industry experience
  • Able to identify common issues with processed cannabis flower, and assess quality
  • Excellent computer and mathematics skills, data analysis; experience working in Microsoft Excel required
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills
  • Comfort with a fast‑paced environment and changing requirements
  • Comfortable learning new technologies
  • Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting and ability to provide well‑thought‑out recommendations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Calm under pressure
  • Ability to manage their time independently
  • Safety and compliance focused
Other Requirements
  • Must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for long periods of time.
  • Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to become forklift certified.
