Job summary

Mission Critical Group (MCG) is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, store, pick, package, and ship materials. You will create and manage packing lists, support cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate inventory across locations.

The role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or within a team. Valid driver’s license and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year inventory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA10 and CPR certifications preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort, distribute, and store components for job assignments.
• Prep and package materials for shipment or transfer.
• Move, unload, stage and store materials with lifting equipment.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Assist with assembling metalwork and handling sheet metal.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
• Assist with routine shop and equipment maintenance.
• May cross-train to support other sections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
