Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, and shipping.
• High School Diploma.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with UPS and FedEx Shipping Systems: US and International is a plus.
• Experience interfacing with the purchasing department.
• Experience interfacing with accounts payable is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Solid grasp of basic arithmetic.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Extremely organized.
• Experience working in cleanrooms preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming material and manage inventory control.
• Direct delivery trucks and assist drivers unloading goods.
• Inspect and count items, verify packing slips for accuracy.
• Unpack goods and store in designated areas.
• Log received goods in ERP system and enter RMA returns.
• Maintain tidy inventory locations and perform daily cycle counts.
• Prepare for shipping; back up Shipper duties as needed.
• Operate in a cleanroom for packaging of products.
• Maintain safe working conditions and assist with maintenance as required.
• Support other staff in inventory, shipping, and receiving.
