Elbit America, Inc. in Talladega, AL is seeking a Material Specialist I (Finance) to support receipt, packaging, labeling, shipping, and stockroom workflows.

You will help maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with military and client requirements in a fast-paced warehouse setting. The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year in shipping/receiving or warehousing, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with basic math to ensure accuracy.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping/receiving or warehousing.
• Able to perform general clerical duties and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, count, log, weigh, and validate incoming and outgoing materials.
• Package, store, and distribute items while complying with military, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare requisitions and manage approvals and vendor paperwork.
• Handle shipping/receiving documents and records, including PODs and invoices.
• Operate ERP/inventory control processes and MS Office tools.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and work in a busy warehouse environment.
