Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Material Handler in Lincoln, NE to store, issue, and transport inventories, ensuring accuracy of counts and quality of parts. You will prepare packing materials, process shipments, and operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to support production.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Safe and accurate data entry into computer systems.
• Ability to read, understand and follow procedures in English.
• Capable of multitasking and working under time constraints.
• Operate various material handling equipment and pass required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Store, issue, deliver, receive and maintain inventories of materials.
• Prepare labels, packing slips, and load documentation; perform data entry for shipments and receipts.
• Ensure count accuracy and quality of parts and paperwork.
• Support production by preparing packing materials and moving stock as needed.
• Transfer released orders to shipping and receiving and operate related equipment.
