Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
• Proficiency in email correspondence, organization, and shipment follow-ups.
• Experience in an industrial or fabrication environment preferred.
• Proficiency with inventory software, spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel), and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels for raw materials and supplies using inventory software and spreadsheets.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Label, sort, and store materials for easy access.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.
• Input inventory data into computer systems and generate reports.
• Support forecasting material needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized inventory area and optimize storage systems.
• Collaborate with fabrication teams and vendors to address inventory needs.
