Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Scanline Floater to support the scan team in Hamilton, OH. This on-site role involves preparing and positioning products, removing scanned items, and organizing stock according to auction and lot numbers.

You will inspect inbound products, categorize conditions, and perform basic electronics testing while moving items through the scanning area and into bays. The position reports to the Scan Team Lead.

Qualifications

• Must be on-site; shifts may vary Mon-Sat
• Lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound products for defects
• Categorize products as Like New, Open Box or Damaged
• Test electronics at a basic level to assess condition
• Move products to the conveyor for the scanners
• Remove scanned products from the scanning area
• Place products on bays according to auction/lot numbers
• Help team meet quantity and quality goals
• Sweep and remove trash from bays and area
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
