Responsibilities

• Site Cleanup: perform general cleaning and debris removal; maintain organized worksite.
• Assistance to Skilled Trades: fetch tools/materials and support carpenters, ironworkers, and welders.
• Safety Compliance: wear PPE, follow safety procedures, report hazards to supervisors.
• Equipment Maintenance: clean and perform basic maintenance on tools/equipment; report issues.
• Team Collaboration: communicate with crew, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely tasks.
