Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate in New York to handle returns processing, inventory control, and order fulfillment. You will inspect returned items, update inventory records, and ensure accuracy across stock movements.

This on-site role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 50–75 lbs, and the habit of following standard procedures while delivering reliable service to customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process customer returns and exchanges.
• Inspect returned items for condition and return criteria.
• Coordinate exchanges, repairs, and resolutions with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate returns records and customer information.
• Provide customer service and resolve return questions.
• Follow company return policies and procedures.
• Update inventory records for returned items and disposition.
• Manage RMAs, inspecting merchandise and sorting returns.
• Follow up with customers regarding returns when needed.
• Receive and unpack incoming shipments.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders.
• Enter received items into inventory software.
• Maintain inventory records, stock movement, and discrepancy reports.
• Perform regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with stocking shelves and moving inventory.
• Maintain records of inventory transactions and reporting.
• Assist clients with inventory counts and verification.
• Answer inventory-related customer questions and complaints.
• Pack and ship items and pick inventory for orders as needed.
• Complete other assigned warehouse duties as needed.
