Links Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler – Inventory & Replenishment to support our Cincinnati distribution center. Responsibilities include replenishment, putaway, cycle counts, and active involvement in maintaining inventory accuracy alongside a team.

The role starts on a day schedule (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM) and will transition to a 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). The ideal candidate will operate forklifts and handheld devices, enjoy active work, and demonstrate strong attention to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred, with inventory and replenishment exposure.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Replenish forward pick locations from reserve inventory to meet demand.
• Perform putaway of received and returned inventory into designated locations.
• Move and consolidate inventory to optimize warehouse flow.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy activities.
