Job summary

Kirkland's in Summerlin South, NV seeks a Stock Team Member to assist freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. You will support price changes and ensure shipments are processed promptly with a sense of urgency.

No experience required though stock experience is a plus; candidates should be energetic, reliable, and able to lift heavy merchandise. Weekend, holiday, and evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more, climb ladders, and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of receiving merchandise safely and timely.
• Keep stockroom organized and efficient.
• Stock and replenish products on the salesfloor; execute markdowns.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to dress code on shifts.
• Process shipments promptly and report to the shift with a positive attitude.
