Qualifications

• No experience necessary; stock experience is a plus.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operation manuals.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and supporting the Company Handbook during shifts.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• When entering the salesfloor, treat customers with respect and professionalism; adhere to dress code and branding.
• Maintain high commitment and demonstrate support for company initiatives.
• Take initiative during every shift to ensure shipments are processed promptly.
• Report to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude.
• Demonstrate a commitment to Kirkland's Home Values.
