Job summary

The Container Store operates a 1,000,000 square-foot automated distribution center in Coppell, Texas, seeking a Replenishment and Putaway Specialist. You will relocate inventory, operate pallet jacks, use handheld devices, and work in multi-level modules while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Shifts run Sunday–Wednesday, 4pm–2:30am. Competitive benefits include health/dental/vision plans, 401(k), and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating Reach Truck and Order Picker (Cherry Picker).
• Experience in highly automated distribution environment a plus; familiarity with WMS, RF devices and voice picking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Relocate inventory from Receiving dock to open-air reserve locations or active pick locations.
• Operate pallet jack for putaway tasks in multi-level pick modules.
• Use handheld devices to receive replenishment and putaway tasks.
• Navigate aisles and reach high racks; follow safety protocols to prevent injuries.
• Meet time-based productivity standards and work in multi-level picking modules around conveyor systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy throughout the Distribution Center.
