Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a Stock Team Member in Austin to support freight flow, backroom organization, replenishment, and price changes. The role requires a strong sense of urgency and high organization to keep the salesfloor stocked and appealing.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise safely, maintaining stockrooms, and assisting with markdowns while upholding company branding and standards during shifts.

Qualifications

• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and manuals.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Ability to climb ladders and stock shelves in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Provide support for driving profitable sales and protecting company assets
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance
• Wear appropriate dress code to support company branding
• Support company initiatives and demonstrate strong team commitment
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed promptly
• Report to shift with a positive, professional attitude
• Adhere to Kirkland's Home Values during shifts
