Eaton’s Duncan, SC facility is hiring an Inventory Replenisher for 2nd shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.). The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliation using WMS, Vista, Manhattan, and MS Office.

You will analyze data to identify root causes of discrepancies, document results, and support inbound/outbound operations while maintaining safety and proper palletizing. High School Diploma or GED required; reside within 50 miles of Duncan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience with WMS and VISTA preferred.
• Knowledge of Eaton products is a plus.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Duncan, SC.

Eaton’s ES AMER HQ MFGSC division is currently seeking a Inventory Replenisher - 2nd Shift at our Duncan, SC facility! The core hours are Monday - Friday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 per hour, which includes a $1.25 shift premium per hour.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Below are a few of the outstanding benefits we offer:Health benefits effective day one of employment.Retirement benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Educational Assistance Program, Wellness Reimbursement, and more!What you’ll do:The Inventory Replenisher role is primarily responsible for maintaining location and inventory accuracy via cycle counts, investigation of inventory discrepancies, and reconciliation through inventory adjustments.In this function, you will:• Count with a high level of quality and integrity to ensure accuracy.• Analyze and investigate transactional data for styles to determine root cause of discrepancies.• Documentation and reporting of investigation results with the appropriate teams to drive continuous improvement.• Use available system tools including WMS, Vista, Manhattan, and MS Office as needed for analysis, investigation, and reporting.• Apply Eaton product knowledge to assist in driving location and inventory accuracy improvements.• Collaborate with Inbound and Outbound departments to develop a strong base knowledge of their functions to support investigations and reporting of inventory discrepancies.• Replenish bin module and rack prime and subprime dedicated locations• Consolidate bin module and rack locations• Ensures safety guidelines are met by the proper palletizing, re‐palletizing, and restacking of product.• Performs other miscellaneous warehouse‐related and safety duties.• Maintain compliance with procedures and policies• Other duties as assigned (Including Outbound and Inbound support)Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates who currently reside within 50 miles of the Duncan, SC facility will be considered.
