We are responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts, Integrated Logistics, segment Procurement, and the design and manufacture of Wear Components (Undercarriage and GET) and Maintenance Components (Seals, Tubes & Hardware, Hose & Couplings, Fluids, and Filters).

Job Summary:
  • As an Inventory Records Analyst, you will research and analyze facility claims.
Additional Info:
  • This role is in York, PA
  • This role is 1st shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
  • This role requires up to 10% domestic travel
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected applicant.
What You Will Do:
  • Assist in training hourly associates, salary and support personnel, and management. Train new employees in daily routines and adjustment procedures.
  • Help resolve complex job-related problems, coordinating with Inventory Control, Operations, and other Parts Departments.
  • Prepare journal entry data, investigate variances, and clarify errors to research, analyze, and record adjustments for claims and related functions.
  • Prepare monthly reports impacting facility and network metrics.
  • May cover for other team members as needed.
What You Have (Required Skills):
  • Proficiency with Office Support Tools: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI, and common hardware/software.
  • Knowledge of data gathering and reporting techniques.
  • Ability to document relevant business information clearly and organized.
  • High school diploma or GED.
What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):
  • Experience in Inventory Management, Transportation, Engineering, or Customer Service.
  • Knowledge of Distribution Requirements Planning, EWM, ANTARES, Salesforce, ASN, and Grief for SPM Facilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Summary Pay Range:

$28.15 - $42.25

Compensation varies based on factors like experience, location, and performance. Salary is one component of total compensation.
