Job summary

Entertainment Technology Partners in Orlando, FL is seeking an Inventory Data Specialist to maintain asset records and drive data quality. The role supports inventory accuracy, asset onboarding, and reporting on progress, with a hands-on approach to ensure reliable, auditable records across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in inventory or data-entry, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of inventory, warehouse, or data-entry experience.
  • Experience with RFID, inventory tracking, or asset management systems is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working with inventory tracking systems and maintaining data accuracy.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Accurate Asset Records and ensure consistent, accurate placement of asset IDs.
  • Verify product identification information and ensure assets are correctly matched within inventory records.
  • Update inventory tracking software with asset information including images, manufacturer details, model numbers, serial numbers, dimensions, weight, and country of origin.
  • Help maintain accurate and complete inventory documentation across the asset lifecycle.
  • Participate in inventory reconciliation activities and asset verification processes.
  • Assist in maintaining alignment between physical inventory and inventory records.
  • Support assets disposition and onboarding by removing identification materials and markers.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to record new products and support consistent onboarding practices.
  • Provide reporting on inventory tracking progress, asset accuracy, and inventory issues.
  • Support product movement and inventory-related projects across the organization.

Location: Orlando, FL | Full Time | Pay Range: $16.50 - $19.88/HR (Based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do
Maintain Accurate Asset Records
  • Assign asset identification markers to inventory items and ensure consistent, accurate placement.
  • Verify product identification information and ensure physical assets are correctly matched within inventory records.
Strengthen Inventory Data Quality
  • Update inventory tracking software with key asset information, including images, manufacturer details, model numbers, serial numbers, dimensions, weight, and country of origin.
  • Help maintain accurate and complete inventory documentation across the asset lifecycle.
Support Inventory Accuracy
  • Participate in inventory reconciliation activities and asset verification processes.
  • Assist in maintaining alignment between physical inventory and inventory records.
Assist Asset Disposition and Product Onboarding
  • Support efforts to prepare assets for sale, recycling, or decommissioning by removing identification materials and inventory markers.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to help record new products and support consistent onboarding practices.
Contribute to Operational Projects
  • Provide reporting on inventory tracking progress, asset accuracy, and inventory issues.
  • Support product movement and inventory-related projects as needed across the organization.
What You Bring
