Qualifications

• Proficiency with inventory management systems and handheld scanning devices (barcode/RFID).
• Computer literacy and basic math skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity to handle packages, operate equipment, and use tools effectively.
• Mobility to navigate warehouse spaces, climb ladders, and bend/reach as needed.
• Strong attention to detail with reliable and punctual work habits.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and commitment to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Processing — Receive, bin, and ship orders with barcode/RFID scanning.
• Equipment Operation — Safely operate material handling equipment with daily inspections.
• Warehouse Organization — Maintain systematic storage and stage orders for shipment.
• System Management — Process inventory through warehouse management systems and shipping/receiving software.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with Store Associates and Sales Managers while adhering to OSHA guidelines.
• Quality Control — Execute accurate picking, packing, and documentation; address discrepancies.
