Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehouse or logistics operational experience.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and handheld scanning devices (barcode/RFID).
• Computer literacy and basic math skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity to handle packages, operate equipment, and use tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive, bin, and ship orders using barcode/RFID scanning technology.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, with daily pre-trip inspections.
• Maintain systematic storage operations and stage orders for shipment.
• Process inventory through warehouse management systems and shipping/receiving software.
• Partner with Store Associates and Sales Managers while adhering to OSHA guidelines and safety standards.
• Execute accurate picking, packing, and documentation while addressing discrepancies.
• Meet productivity targets and deadlines with reliable attendance.
