Job summary

Goleta, CA-based Prologic Consulting Inc. seeks a Material Receiver to handle incoming shipments, inspect and stock materials, verify quantities, and transact SAP entries. You will communicate issues to Purchasing and Distribution Control, and assist in shipping products to customers.

Training on stockroom instructions will be provided. This is a contract (pay-as-you-go) role with an hourly pay rate of $20.42 per hour and opportunities to join continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform inventory transactions in SAP.
• Must follow procedures and work instructions.
• Must accurately count inventory parts and process paperwork.
• Must have basic math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; review packing lists and verify quantities.
• Stock materials in correct locations and transact SAP entries.
• Communicate concerns to Purchasing, Receiving Inspection and Distribution Control Manager and external customers.
• Assist in shipping products to external customers and support continuous improvement teams.
