Salary: $21/hr - $22/hr

Inventory Receiving Coordinator

Position Overview: Loot Rentals is hiring an hourly Inventory Coordinator for our Austin location. This role is crucial in managing and maintaining inventory systems, involving hands-on oversight and communication regarding inventory movement in and out of the Loot warehouse. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in operational and logistical tasks. This entry-level position reports to the Inventory Operations Director in DFW or the Inventory Manager in ATX.

Responsibilities:
  • Check-in incoming inventory, inspect for damages or discrepancies
  • Prepare items for order check-out
  • Receive new shipments and route inventory appropriately
  • Communicate with sales team regarding inventory matters
  • Coordinate with internal teams for repairs as needed
  • Manage transport check-ins between locations
  • Maintain proper storage and condition of inventory
  • Conduct physical counts and reconcile discrepancies during audits
Requirements:
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of furniture care/restoration is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with computer and inventory management software
  • Physical stamina for lifting (up to 75 lbs), repairs, and standing for long periods
  • Weekend availability as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
