Carolina Country Club is seeking a Receiving and Store Room Clerk to enforce inventory controls and ensure correct delivery distribution to departments. The role requires handling deliveries, organizing storage, and continuing compliance with club policies.

Responsibilities include verifying invoices, rotating stock by date, and assisting with inventory counts. The position is full-time with varied days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, located in the store room and cold storage areas.

Qualifications

• 1 year of receiving/store room experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Stand long periods, climb stairs and enter freezers.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Receives and records all incoming deliveries into internal records.
• Verifies deliveries against invoices and inspects contents.
• Distributes merchandise to departments as needed.
• Packs goods for safe storage and rotates stock by date.
• Assists in inventory counts and maintains organized storage areas.
• Ensures storage areas are locked according to policies.
