• Manage communications regarding discrepancies across inspections, shipments, receipts and storage.
• Perform physical counts and location surveys; update records accordingly.
• Respond to defective material messages for COSIS program.
• Support quality control plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Research to resolve inventory discrepancies and investigate stock/record/material issues.
• Handle communications about discrepancies from inspections, shipments, receipts and storage.
• Carry out cycle counts, material inspections, location surveys and adjust records as needed.
• Address discrepancy information and defective material notices for COSIS support.
• Assist in developing QC plans and process improvements; participate in cyclic inspections and discrepancy processing.
